How can I be sure my order has been received?
When you enter your credit card information and click "Place Order Now" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.
Are there other ways to place my order?
Yes, if you prefer not to order online, you may print your order form and call us at 1-408-354-3400. You can also fax your completed order form to us at 1-408.354.3405.

What are my shipping options?
We offer both standard and express delivery. All orders will be shipped within 7 business day. You will be notified if any item you requested is out of stock. Your order will be shipped out after credit card authorization and verification is obtained.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery orders should take between 5 - 7 days. If you would like specific information about an item in regards to shipping time, please phone us at 1-408-354.3400 or email assistant@uplevelstrategies.com. Please have product number and description ready.

Returns and Exchanges
What is our return policy?
- Once you have received your order, you have 7 days to decide to return it.
- Returned merchandise can be exchanged towards the purchase of another or for a refund to your credit card less shipping and handling.
- All merchandise that is being returned must be accompanied with the original invoice and must be in the same condition as it was originally shipped to you.

- Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Coaching & Consulting Terms & Conditions
Coaching and consulting services are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Coaching services are a minimum commitment of six months and will automatically role into month to month billing thereafter. As UpLevel Strategies blocks off time to commit to your company, you must notify UpLevel Strategies 30 days in advance in writing to 317 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road Los Gatos, CA 95030 and via email to Kelly@uplevelstrategies.com to cancel coaching services on or before the first of the month, only after 6 month time frame. Ex. If you cancel on February 15, your coaching will cease on March 31st. Coaching services can not be cancelled mid-month.
It is agreed and understood that should Client deviate from payment terms outlined above after the commencement of services, all Services will be suspended until payment is made. Suspension of Services does not release Client from responsibility for fulfilling payment obligations.
UpLevel Intensive Terms & Conditions
Due to the limited space available, payments for the UpLevel Intensive Live Events are non-refundable and non-cancelable. In the event of an emergency, you may postpone your attendance until the next scheduled event if applicable for a transfer fee of $500.00 per registrant to cover administrative fees by obtaining approval from UpLevel Strategies 15 days in advance of the event. “No Shows” will not receive transfers.
Returned Check/Credit Card Fees
There will be a $25 service fee for all returned checks or declined credit card per incident. If payment is not made within 5 days of due date, a $100 service fee will be added.
