EDUCATION
Kelly holds a BS in Advertising/Mass Communications with a Minor in Creative Writing. She has a certificate in Brand Management Strategy from the Association of National Advertisers. Kelly is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Dream Coach.

Kelly's Story
Julie has more than 25 years of marketing and media experience ranging from emmy award winning broadcasts to revenue generating marketing plans. A San Francisco native, Julie went directly into television news reporting after receiving a bachelors in journalism from San Jose State Univeristy in 1984. She has since worked in California markets from Redding to Los Angeles, trained CEOs how to make the most of media interviews and parlayed her media relations experience into a public relations and marketing career. Julie is the former executive vice-president of longtime San Jose Ad/PR agency Carter Israel. She also served as Director of Public Affairs for the largest trade association in Silicon Valley and Marketing Director for Second Harvest Food Bank. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Girls Scouts of Santa Clara County and the SJSU Exceptional Women Executives Steering Committee.
