My name is Kelly O'Neil and I started this business because I wanted to combine my knack for business with my passion for helping entrepreneurs realize their business dreams. I could teach entrepreneurs and small business owners highly successful business and marketing strategies... yet that still wasn't a guarantee they would be successful.
Why was that? The strategies weren't the problem - I knew they worked. Then it hit me. It was their mindset. I was running smack into entrepreneurs and small business owners small thinking and negative beliefs - basically their inner game. I was only focusing on their outer game - the skills and strategies they needed to succeed.
So I went back to school. This time, rather then getting a marketing degree (like I did the first time around) I studied personal and professional development, plus I became a certified coach and master level certified in Nero Linguistic Programming (NLP) and performance consulting. I learned about human potential and how to help people reach their full potential.
And that's where UpLevel Strategies was born. UpLevel Strategies is unique because I focus on ALL the aspects of your business success:
